Short and plain: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it and we never share it.

What we collect

When you use our membership or contact forms, we receive your name, email address, what you choose to write and, optionally, your country. Like any website, our server briefly records IP addresses and request times for security.

What we do not collect

This site uses no tracking cookies, advertising tools, social media buttons or third-party scripts. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server, and our security policy blocks outside scripts.

Why, and for how long

Form data is used only to reply to you, to manage membership and — if you asked for it — to send our letter. We keep it while you are a member or subscriber and delete it when you ask us to.

Your rights

Under Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may access, correct or delete your information and withdraw your consent at any time — just ask through our contact form.

Security

All connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored outside the public part of our server and are accessible only to the people responsible within the association.
